An arm snaked around my waist and he forced me to face him. "That kiss on Wednesday was hot, wanna continue from where we left off?" He whispered huskily, his mouth merely inches from mine. My heart started thudding loudly, and I was frozen in place. He chuckled and pulled away. _______________________________ Lauren Blake is anything but excited when her parents make her family move mid school year, across the United States. Check out the His series; His Lust For Her, His Every Need and His One Desire. They're up on my page and better than this cappy book. Warning, they are dark romances and not for the faint hearted. Check them out! Also, HIS GIRL IS NOT APART OF THE HIS SERIES! Thank you. - *DON'T READ, IT'S SHITTY* "You scare me sometimes." I tell him honestly. "I scare you sometimes," He repeats mockingly, making me nod my head and then back away form him as he starts to walk toward me like I'm prey from him. "Yeah, even more now. Will you quit." I hiss at him as my back hits the wall and then he's in front of me. "No," he drawls, placing his hands on either side of the wall close to my head. He leans closer to me and runs the tip of his nose along my collarbone making my breath hitch in my throat, "I like seeing you this way," He whispers. "What way?" I squeak then suppress a small moan when his lips brush my neck and place a hot kiss on my skin. "Scared of me." Suddenly he's gone. I blink form my haze and look at him in confusion as he leans against the wall opposite of mine. "Why?" "Why what?" I swallow, "Why do you like me being scared of you?" I whisper, half curious and half scared of the answer. "Because you should be." - Editing.

I watched his full lips turn up into a smirk and in that moment my heart stopped beating, my mind stopped thinking. Instinctively, I leaned in to close the gap between us... He's the badass player. Partying, having girls chase him and being popular is second nature to him. She's your stereotypical good girl. Smart and almost invisible to guys. Her only weapon is sarcasm. They get to know each other...What do you think will happen? {This is my original work, so please tell me first if you wish to use it in a way at all}

One thing I'll always remember is my parents saying "Everyone has a story" "Everyone has a story with a past, tragic or not. Everyone has a story that is meant to go unjudged, even if it was never told" But sometimes we forget that. Like when I though that my guardian was the devil. Even though he taught me how to laugh, how to protect, and even possible how to love. I only asked one thing "Why?" I still remember the one phrase that changed my life"Let me carry her" This one single and normal phrase was said by none other than Cooper Kingsley, our school's and town's bad boy. He was the championship boxer who drove a motorcycle and got into trouble frequently. He's the guy with brown hair that looked soft enough to run my fingers through, the guy with irresistible cold blue eyes and the guy with a built and strong body that made girls crazy. He wasn't your typical player either; no he was just hard to get- A complete tease. And the fact that he would volunteer to help a girl like this, was not normal. So what did Cooper Kingsley want anything to do with the bland and boring me? I was completely and utterly average. Or so I thought. So why did the devil suddenly become my guardian? Let's find out.
