Have you ever had a solo trip that was memorable, maybe a little scary but freeing and exciting? My Wattpad travel short story is about an unforgettable day I had while travelling solo in Italy, with a challenging hike, interesting strangers and fascinating new experiences! It's inspired by the Marriott Traveler international online publication, and right now they're running a #SoloTravel contest where if you share your travel story, you could be featured in their magazine and win a $500 USD Marriott gift card! (contest open until October 31st) Head over to the @Travel profile to check out the contest details and good luck!

When your parent tells you something, you listen. When you listen, you are rewarded. When you don't listen, you are punished. Just a three-ish page story from one of my classes. Our teacher said to write a fairytale. This is what happened. Very fairytale like in my opinion.

What would you do if your body and your kingdom were stolen? [A FEATURED STORY] Uther is a young prince who's reluctantly thrust into having to defend his throne against his usurping uncle and all-around powerful wizard, who uses his powers to steal the one thing Uther thought he couldn't take: his own body. After becoming the villain of the realm in an instant, Uther struggles to find anyone that will believe his story. His uncle's unsavory reputation lands him with a family of dark fae, a goblin, and a troll--not the usual team of knightly heroes. Together, this odd team will untangle a web of curses, escape bounty hunters, and confront fae. If Uther can't figure out how to reverse his uncle's curse, he'll be trapped in a body that's not his own--doomed to be a villain--for the rest of his life. YESTERDAY'S PRINCE is The Sword in the Stone with a Freaky Friday twist. Now entered in #Wattys2016

After the TARDIS crash lands in modern day Pennsylvania, the Doctor finds himself in the soon to be ruins of a backyard, and an old house. Little did he know, 13 year old Rachel Janison was in the house, waiting to be found. Rachel is an outgoing, fearless, but innocent teenager. Well, at most times she is. The Doctor finds her trapped inside her house in the middle of a hurricane, all alone and terrified. As her and her father's house starts to slowly fall apart, he takes her into the TARDIS and takes her on a trip "until the storm passes". Everything seems like fish fingers and custard for now, but as a new companion, Rachel takes more risks then she ever did before, and the Doctor somehow recognizes her from the future.. and his past. (I do not own Doctor Who; all rights to BBC)
