over 7 decades after the 3rd world war, 16 year old Liam awakes to his house in flames. he is abducted and soon finds out he is apart of the next phase in human evolution. but with these new gifts, comes lies and destruction. Will he use his powers to help destroy? Or will he try to stop those with who seek death? He must choose. Liam has never seen the city with his own eyes, but his father tells him how those inside the city walls are selfish and spiteful. even though his father has told him this, he still wonders what it's like. one day, he is taken beyond those walls, beyond the city he once dreamed of seeing. But now with all these new sights, the knowledge of what he truly is, what power he has, he will have to adapt to his new surroundings. but once he figures out the truth, he will have to choose between taking the truth to those who can stop it, or become a vital asset in the inevitable death that is to come.
