It's Sarada's birthday. Her father's here and it'll be her first birthday with him here. Their family will be complete and... just what will happen? How will the Uchiha's celebrate their daughters birthday?

"All of this time... I've been..." On a sunny autumn morning, the windows to a leaf village infirmary window burst open, letting two small leaves carried by the wind caress the comatose patients cheek. Like magic, those leaves woke him up from his long slumber and he was shocked to see his surroundings turned out to be a pristine hospital room. From that day forward he and a friend continued on their wild adventure of romance and fun, until Naruto is brought to a sudden and dark stop bringing him to a realization that could potentially ruin his life. Or, what he has left of it.
