Mallory is what you could call a loner at school. Some people don't like her because of a rumor that was started awhile back. Mallory doesn't care. She has a pretty good life, even though her parents are divorced. She lives with her dad and step-mom. Things are going okay, and then her summer before senior year, she decides to go visit her mom in California. That summer, everything changes, that one summer.
