NOW PUBLISHED! AVAILABLE IN PRECIOUS PAGES BOOKSTORES! ***This is chick literature with a tad of romance*** ***Unedited*** I do not like calling myself "single." May stigma kasi ang pagiging single. Kapag sinabing single ka, automatic nang dapat kang kaawaan dahil walang nagmamahal sa 'yo and therefore malungkot ka. Like, hello? Hindi kaya ako malungkot. I am single since birth and I. Am. Not. Lonely! In fact, I like being alone. Because I am rather self-sufficient. I am Maureen and welcome to my (alone but not lonely) life.

Bailey Robinson's orders were simple; get rid of the letter and get back to work. When Bailey begins a correspondence with a mysterious woman, the last thing he expects is to fall in love with her. Or worse, find out that the woman behind the words of those letters, is now about to be wed to his master. ** Elizabeth is unwilling to settle for less in love. Which is why, she has turned down every eligible bachelor in London, to the horror of her parents. A correspondence with the dashing Frederick Wellington is her father's solution to her 'dreaded' spinsterhood, and her last attempt at finally finding the right man. An attempt that causes her to fall head over heels in love with Frederick. Elizabeth has finally met her prince charming. However, the longer she spends with Frederick, the more convinced she is that she has made a terrible mistake; a mistake that might be too late to correct, a mistake that just might cost her everything. CURRENTLY REVISING. Expect updates but it is just the revision of the story. I hope you like it. They told me that everybody hates me. That I'm a spoiled brat, that I'm an arrogant girl with a nasty attitude. But why does everybody hate me? Simple, they know me. They know me because I'm the Crown Princess of the United Kingdom. Everybody doesn't like the Jamielle they were seeing. They don't like the new me. They don't like my attitude. The way I talk to my Grandmother. They just don't understand me. But really, they don't know me. They don't even know a percent of who I was. They told me, that the crown should be held with kindness and humility. It was not to be wielded like a sword as a knight does. I don't care how I hold the throne in any way as long as my sovereign is well and stable. I only have one problem, I cannot contain the pain that I'm feeling that I fell in love with my husband who arranged for me to marry. He was in love with someone and I'm diverting the pain in doing my duty as Princess. This was one mistake I made. The mistake of opening my heart to let the wrong person in.

If you're judging this book by its cover and title, you're already proving the point this story wants to make. Try to move past this satirical obstacle in front of you. This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of being discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Just like in life, there will be moments of dread and surrender, but there will also be moments of happiness, laughter, and love. - Naomi Lorraine, better known as Nerdy Naomi with her thick-rimmed glasses and straight-A report card, is the most unpopular girl in her school. Even with the help of her sarcastic comebacks, that doesn't stop her from getting bullied by everyone in Dartwell High. Every day her childhood bully, Raymond Meyers, knocks her off her feet, literally. However, she can't do anything but survive the laughs, insults, and bruises high school gives her. There are three senior transfer students, dubbed the Three Musketeers: Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch. All in one day, Naomi catches their attention one by one. With her snarky attitude, but innocent look, they can't help but want her. But not the way you're thinking. Oh no, not like that. Instead, it's probably the whole opposite. It's quite simple really. She'll be their good girl. And they'll be her bad boys. ~ [This story is a first draft written by a 13 to 15-year-old girl so it has its fair share of grammar mistakes and plot holes.] Wattys 2015 Talk of the Town Award Second Place Story of 2015 Best Humor and Overall Points of The Fiction Awards 2016 Third in the Writers Awards 2016 Highest Ranks: #1 Humor, #1 Teen Fiction

If you haven't read Break It Up, this does have some spoilers in it. Everyone needs a safe space. For Lizzie Warner, that space has always been in front of the camera on her hit show, or on stage to a sold out concert arena. Since before she can remember, she's been a star, but that may be about to change. She's nineteen. Her show has been cancelled and now she's going to play the lead in a new prime time drama series, but is the world ready to take her seriously, or will she be typecast as the cute tween queen forever? Her network has decided to be aggressive and has invested millions of dollars in an ad campaign for her show, money she's not sure she can earn back. Her co-star can't stand her, and the writing for the show turns out to be poor at best. The only reason Lizzie didn't walk away from the job offer to begin with is because she's broke, the victim of a decade of bad money management. Then there's Devon, the personal trainer at her gym. Arrogant and abrasive, he's the last guy she should ever find attractive, but she has a hopeless crush on him anyway, and he doesn't seem entirely disinterested either. In fact, sometimes he's downright sweet to her. If only he weren't an untamable bad boy who uses and dumps women like they're nothing. Though Lizzie's friends warn her to stay away, he's the only person who can create what she needs: a safe space. But is there any way she can break him of his years' long habit of being a user?

I will upload a chapter a day until I have a good sample up, and then I'll upload the rest once the book is no longer exclusive on Amazon. Eliza Dunmar is about to turn thirty-one and fears her best days are behind her. Soon she'll be too old to attend church in a singles ward, her career as a painter is no longer considered cool, and she feels too old to use the excuse that she's "just starting out" to explain why she still can't pay the bills. The only man interested in her is a scruffy, video game addicted nerd who is the first to admit that they are all wrong for each other. When her beloved Aunt Nora calls from England and begs her to visit, Eliza leaps at the chance. Even better? Nora had the perfect romance with her late husband and is eager to share the tale. As Eliza sets out to immortalize this courtship in a series of paintings, she learns a lesson that will change her outlook on life and love forevermore.

This is the almost final draft of this book, which will come out January 12, 2016! Chloe never set out to be famous, but her marriage to Hollywood A-lister, Jason Vanderholt, made her a celebrity by association. Jealous and nosy fans heckle her in public and the tabloids portray her as cold, arrogant, and unworthy of her husband. As bad as that is, it's about to get a whole lot worse. Her brother, Chris, is being paroled from prison, where he has been serving time for shooting and nearly killing Chloe when she was a child. This is not a situation that she wants splashed all over the headlines, especially because this could incite her brother to try to finish the job. When Chloe gets word of a string of crimes that might be tied to her brother, she finds she has yet another enemy: their father, Dr. Winters. He refuses to cooperate with Chloe's security team and even gives the police a hard time when they try to investigate. The one ally Chloe has in her own family is her half-sister, Beth, a public prosecutor intent on bringing Chris to justice. Her approach is so aggressive that everyone from Chloe's security specialist to the police detective insists that she is doing more harm than good. Beth assures Chloe that her way is the only way that will work, which leaves Chloe to decide whether to trust the experts, or the sister she barely knows. The wrong choice puts her very life in danger.
