A secret is hardly ever kept, is it? In the case of Eldrid, an Asgardian pretending to be an ordinary mortal, when her secret is found out, her life changes forever. When S.H.I.E.L.D finds this secret Asgardian, Eldrid is whisked away in the middle of the night, to later become the most reluctant "Avenger" to ever step foot in Nick Fury's meeting room. With an impossible task to a place long forgotten by the minds of mortal men, blossoming romance and morals challenged, how will the newest recruit deal with her new life?

The smile reminded the Avengers of Loki, it was clearly obvious. The child seemed more innocent, but she was clearly his daughter. It didn't take a genius to know what they were about to do. The Avengers were about to have their hands full. Loki's only daughter was taken from him when she was just a baby. Her father was a criminal and unfit to care for her, and her mother was dead, so Odin ordered Hela to be sent to Midgard. Thor automatically calls up S.H.I.E.L.D. and soon Hela is being sent there to be raised by the Avengers. How will the young girl turn out being raised by superheroes, and more importantly, how will Earth's Mightiest Heroes fair against Loki's daughter?
