After huge persuasions from her friends and her parent's permission, Hazel sets out to have the best six months in her life.. what she didn't expect is to fall for one of the members of 5sos, and for Michael to fall for her too. "Hazel Grace".. basically i thought of the name and i forgot where i remembered it from and it's a nice name so when i figured out where it came from it was too late to change soooo just ignore that yeah.
