Sang Sorenson is new to Charleston. Nobody told her why they had to leave Illinois. In fact, nobody told her why she had to move 12 times since she was 9. At first she was confused and asked questions. She learned very quickly that asking questions only caused more pain for her. She figured they would stay for a little while and go on their way. Only she didn't account for the boy across the street, or his 8 brothers who would shake up her life more than any move ever has. Nor did she ever imagine Raven coming back into her life, and his 4 brothers that come as a package deal. Sang was accustomed to running, that's what her life had been. But for the first time in her life, she wanted to stay. Her wishes had gone ignored for so long, that maybe fate would decide to give her a chance. These amazing characters go to C.L. Stone. I just wanted to share my spin on it.

*This is a fan fiction based off of C. L. Stone's Ghost Bird series. Little teaser: Gabriel stumbled closer to bed and stood beside Luke, both boys staring wide eyed as the girl magically came back to life. And then she opened her eyes and stared at them, her iris shining with as many colors as a rainbow. Time stopped for a full minute during which no one moved, not even to take a breath. Then the girl opened her mouth again and with the most angelic voice Gabriel had ever heard she said, "I need blood." And the sight of the fangs in her mouth dispelled any thought about this girl being human. The boys ran out of the room screaming bloody murder, knowing that their lives had changed irrevocably.

Sang Sorenson doesn't believe that anything good will happen too make the way things are in her life change. After years of pain and suffering, how could she ever believe they would? Her abusive stepmother and sister Marie remind her each and every day just how much pain that she bears every waking moment of her life. It gets worse when her father just doesn't care what happens to his daughter and watches the abuse with only a passing eye. Forced to live in isolation from the outside world, she has never had a friend to help bear the weight that lies on her shoulders. However, things begin to change when her and her family move to Blackbourne Castle. Forever cursed to become terrifying monsters, the nine lost princes of Blackbourne Castle are angry that their only home was being sold without their consent. Kota, Victor, Silas, Nathan, Gabriel, Luke, North, Sean, and Owen didn't know what they were expecting when the new unknown family moved in. They especially didn't expect the beautiful blonde haired green eyed beauty who came along with them. When the boys meet Sang they are taken away by her kind and caring nature and her loving heart. They feel the need to love and protect her but they don't know from what. When it becomes known that Sang could possibly be the one to break the curse that lies over the entire castle the boys will do anything to make her see just how special she is to them. But will they be able to save her from the darkness that seems to find her every time she is out of their sight? Don't talk to strangers. That warning had never been more true, especially when Sang encounters an odd woman outside the closest gas station. Who would have known how quickly that old woman could turn her world upside down? Sang hadn't meant to summon a spirit. Especially not nine of them.
