Naruto is a boy who has been abused by his village. To reduce the number of beatings he is forced to endure, he pretends to be a happy go lucky dead last idiot. Secretly though, he trains with Kurama to become strong. After he graduates he lets go of his mask, tired of having to pretend to be happy. Kakashi, Naruto's teacher, can't understand why this child is so different from the file. As time passes, Kakashi finds himself growing closer to the boy who's eyes look older than they should.

Naruto and Kakashi were sent to the past to fix everything by Kurama, they have planes they have each other and they have dreams, how things could change. ........... I only wrote this for myself and as a re-do of the story I read from @Kakanaru12345, which turned into me writing my own version of the idea of Kakashi being a kid upon meeting naruto, instead of them having that age gap they do. Credits to them on the original! Since this is a kakanaru, but I also ship others with Naruto, I'll make them jealous of the copycat's bond with 'their' blonde.
