They moved to a new town to avoid being tortured, or worse- killed. This town, however, was already claimed by a pack so they must make a decision on whether they should stay rogues or join the pack. It's not an easy decision but it is one that has to be made. Although it's tough, its not the only obstacle in their way. They know what they should do to stay hidden but that's not always easy.
