Story carrying on from where Casualty left off - the aftermath of the crash. Jacob fights to save Connie and Grace but what will the consequences be? Will they finally be happy? Or will their lives be changed for the worse?

Connie and Jacob are expecting a baby, but it certainly isn't there first. (Grace does not exist in this story and Connie and Jacob's background is very different)
