Jenga a 19 year old boy who lives a normal life with his girlfriend on the floaing city of Hephira. Hephira is a city that houses most of the refugees from the apocolyptic war that made Earth theoretically unhabitable. All those convicted are sent down to The Roads of radiation filled NYC for a certain amount of time based on their offence. Jenga innocently gets sent down their for the murder of a federal employee and it is up to Red, a rouge cop bent on killing him to save him. P.S.
