One thing I'll always remember is my parents saying "Everyone has a story" "Everyone has a story with a past, tragic or not. Everyone has a story that is meant to go unjudged, even if it was never told" But sometimes we forget that. Like when I though that my guardian was the devil. Even though he taught me how to laugh, how to protect, and even possible how to love. I only asked one thing "Why?" I still remember the one phrase that changed my life"Let me carry her" This one single and normal phrase was said by none other than Cooper Kingsley, our school's and town's bad boy. He was the championship boxer who drove a motorcycle and got into trouble frequently. He's the guy with brown hair that looked soft enough to run my fingers through, the guy with irresistible cold blue eyes and the guy with a built and strong body that made girls crazy. He wasn't your typical player either; no he was just hard to get- A complete tease. And the fact that he would volunteer to help a girl like this, was not normal. So what did Cooper Kingsley want anything to do with the bland and boring me? I was completely and utterly average. Or so I thought. So why did the devil suddenly become my guardian? Let's find out. "She's here," he whispered with a smile. He walked through the sea of girls, to the back row where all of the lower class wolves stood, me among them. He slowly passed each girl, sniffing them, everyone of them frowning as he passed, some even let tears escape. He was five girls away from me. A little part of me hopes that I'm his, but most of me is praying to the Moon Goddess that I'm not. He stops at Sky, the girl next to me. She smiles and her eyes light up, but then he turns to me, making her cry. "Mine," he growls. **** Ariel Carter's life was torture. She was the slave of her pack ever since her parents died. Book Two of 'The Tales of the Royal Lunatic' It has been scientifically determined that Emilee Kate Willows is most definitely insane. This is Emilee's version of Meet the Parents, only they don't need a lie detector and she's got a ton of people who want to kill her. When he gets to point where our distance reduced to about half a meter in front of me I drop from the desk and stand up. "Whoa, there cowboy." I say as I hold my hands up. My jaw drops when I realize what he's actually trying to say. "Hold up. Are you saying I'm your mate? Because, well, I don't... uh... How do I put this simply... I don't feel you... Bro." I say as I dodge him and his disgusting stalker-ish approach of walking towards me. "You seem to think that you have a choice." The Alpha says to me with a smirk and I roll my eyes. "And you seem to think I give a shït." ------ Highest Ranking: #1 Werewolf Warning: This is INCOMPLETE. After its publication in 2016 the last ELEVEN chapters were taken down due to copyright. "Hey? How come you don't talk much?" He says, lips catching at the edge in a cute carefree smile. I glance away as the breeze gently sways my hair behind me, landing softly mid-back. I look into the distance and admire the breathtaking view. The deep evergreen forest seems to glow bright in its natural glory. The breeze sweeps again causing the trees to sway, a leave lands gently next to us. A frown creeps its way onto my lips as a deep stir moves within me. The world and all its inhabitants seem to connect as one naturally ... normally ... yet in this world, I seem to exist and have no place in it. I come back to reality as I feel his intense gaze on me deepen. I grimace looking at nothing in particular while continuing the mental battle within. Should I just tell him? Or maybe ... show him? I sneak a quick peek at him, watching his amazing carefree smile fade into a slight frown. Those beautiful hazel eyes filling with concern, while he shifts closer to me in an almost defensive stance. Knowing that I need to be careful with the decision I make, I take a deep breath before fully facing him, my crystal blue eyes get lost in his caramel chocolate ones, as he fully reads me like an open book. His eyes soften while he raises his strong firm hand up to my cheek, caressing it with his thumb, creating tiny imaginary sparks to fly across my face. I sigh at the touch, leaning into it while relaxing my body next to his. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." He whispers so quietly I could have missed it if it weren't for my miraculous hearing. I pull away from him slowly and sit up, he immediately straightens up watching me carefully. My hand begins to tremble as I slowly raise it up to the collar of my turtleneck, my eyes search his for reassurance, and seeing my hesitation he gives me a small smile along with a squeeze on my knee. I gently bring down the collar of my turtleneck and instantly hear an ear-splitting growl that vibrates through my core.
