"Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice, but falling in love with you was beyond my control." This story follows the plot (kind of) of The Maze Runner by James Dashner. I own nothing and all rights go to James Dashner, the author of TMR but basically, its a Newt and Thomas fanfiction. Also this story is complete shït. Just a warning.

Thomas enters the glade with no knowledge of anything to do with his past. He meets a boy called Newt, the only glader he grows to like, and he realises that Newt is all he has in this strange new world. But what if this boy, Newt, has a darker past then Thomas thought? How would he know, when he doesn't even know his own past? What will the past cause for them? Will they escape the maze, escape the hell? Will they want to? And will they find something they weren't looking for? Will they find love?

Newt and Thomas both have anonymous blogs that are connected to chat rooms. Thomas, also known as 'Greenie16' and Newt, also known as 'Bloodywalljumper' have been talking in these chats for a while now. But, these chats are anonymous so you could really be talking to anyone. That is something very important that the boys both forget.

Thomas. That's what he is to everyone else. But to Newt, he is Tommy, and something so much more than just Thomas. Having a crush sucks. It sucks even more if it's your friend, who is a guy, when you are also a guy, who is probably straight. Yeah. Welcome to the world of Newton Isaacson.

Welcome, Thomas, to the Glade! After a few days in the maze, the boy has certainly become a big hit there, especially for another glader by the name of Minho. But young Tommy has his eye on someone else... and Minho knows who.

After being is the Glade for two years, Newt has given up all hopes of escaping. He becomes cold secluded from the rest of the Gladers. But when Thomas arrives, his whole world is turned upside down. And slowly, Newt unwillingly begins to fall for the Greenie who wrecked his life by ever setting foot inside of it. Now Newt finds that even the strongest and surest of walls can be broken in only seconds as he has to rebuild his over and over again each time Thomas breaks through.
