This is a Once Upon a Time story. It's Basically what the title says. This Story is told from Regina's P.O.V. When Regina, Snow and Chaming go to find a missing person, something awful happens to Regina. Their 'missing person' turns out to not be missing and he/she tries to kill Snow, Regina and Charming. When Regina wakes up at the hospital she makes it her mission to stop the person who tried to kill her. On the way Regina will have to face her fears, town problems and even her own drama.
