Isabella's mother was a horrible women. When Isabella was younger Isabella had gotten pregnant by a native man. However Renee took the child as her own. However when Renee get's hurt the courts find the birth certificate and get weirded out when Renee isn't the mother of the child her daughter was. So the child is brought to Bella during a BBQ with the pack, the elder's and Charlie. Now she has a lot to explain.
