{ Watty 2015 Winner + Featured Story } Meet Sawyer Jameson. On the outside, she's a normal seventeen year old girl with amazing friends, a charitable job and a loving family. She's beautiful, funny and easy to get along with and just by looking at her, you'd think that she's the perfect girl, living in the perfect world. On the inside though, just waking up and living her day-to-day life is a struggle for Sawyer. Well, aware of this fact, Sawyer's mother forces to see a psychiatrist after school on a daily basis in order to cope with the tragic events Sawyer encountered a year prior. Now meet Graham Cambridge. Those who don't know him could easily stereotype him as being a blunt, selfish, egotistical golden boy, just because he likes to party and play football. Those who actually know him though know that he's actually quite the opposite of all of those things. When Graham transfers from his elite prep school to Sawyer's high school and quickly takes an interest in her, things go from bad to worse. At least, that's what Sawyer's convinced herself of. What people don't realize though is that maybe they were wrong about Graham Cambridge and that his life is about as far from perfect as they come and that he and Sawyer are alike in more ways than one. Two completely different teenagers that maybe aren't all that different after all are about to embark on a wild ride that neither of them could have ever expected. Can they help each other get past their demented previous tragedies? Or are their bygones too great to ever escape them? And can Sawyer ever truly be saved? Full of romance, heartbreak and just a little bit of fate, the next couple of months will challenge both Sawyer and Graham in ways they never thought possible. And maybe, just maybe, something beautiful will come out of it. © Copyright 2013 Millie Morgan. All Rights Reserved.

"I just want you to know that my red lipstick isn't for you tonight/ Swaying in the permanent darkness as I throw the heels off/ It's just this loneliness of the night I crave/ My indifference is going to hit you like a tidal wave." A series of poems about understanding love and yourself. You know, the usual clichéd shit.

"My heart skidded to a sudden halt as soon as it landed on him. He was the only person I didn’t want the bottle to land on. It seemed like everyone in the entire party turned their attention to both of us. I bit my lip in utter frustration." Carolyn Summers has always been a square, a goodie two shoes. She's never been to a high school party, and she's never been out past curfew, but when she's threatened to be humiliated in front of her entire school for something that happened over three years ago she has to make a decision-- fast. Lyn does the thing she swore she'd never do: sneak out of her house, go to a high school party, and--and play a game of Spin the Bottle?

(The Triumvirate Histories Book One) What do you get when you add thirty eighteen-year-old high school seniors and a two week trip to Paris? One sometimes boring, other times not trip of a lifetime. And when you add your roommates sneaking out and your guy best friend sneaking in to your room? A night of movies and junk food until finally passing out at three in the morning. Now, for a more exciting question, what do you get when you add together a drink thrown in your face, getting lost in the museum you're in as you come back from cleaning yourself up, and walking in on heist in progress? That's right. The kidnapping of Emmy Alexander, who just happened to be me. But when you hear about all of these kidnappings on the news, you expect the worst. Not mine, though. Mine included a secret society that the public, after learning about it a few years before, thought was now a modern myth, searching the globe and stealing back the pieces of a puzzle that we didn't know what information it would hold, and running from another secret society that was bound and determine to stop us no matter what. Oh, and you can't forget John Raymond, who just happened to be the one who kidnapped me. It was technically his fault I was in the middle of this, thrust into a world of secrets. I couldn't complain, though. And no matter what, John couldn't say we didn't make a great heisting team. But when that other secret society came into our crazy, messed-up equation, it added even more danger. But then again, I wanted a little adventure in my life, and I sure as heck got it.

Being the daughter of the god of the Underworld isn't the first thing you'd want to tell someone about yourself. But when it might lead them to telling you exactly what you want to hear, through the fear of what they think you might be able to do to them, it can come in handy. My father thought that my mother's memory of us, of our whole world, was wiped clean from her mind, but I knew differently. I knew that she still remembered and, with her memory still intact, she was still in danger of the person who we thought was a friend. I knew that I had to find her, wherever she was, hiding in plain sight. I knew that finding her and having her with us was the right thing, no matter what my father said. But the one thing that I didn't know? I didn't know that, after the twenty-four hundred years that I'd been alive, I would find the one person that I was destined to be with, the one person that I would do anything for, even defy the others that I loved. (Spinoff/Sequel to A Thousand Thrones)
