*SPOILERS BASED OFF ALL HOBBIT MOVIES* "This whole story; from beginning to end, was one of the best and most intriguing stories I have ever read on wattpad(and believe me, I've read a lot)!!!" -@incognitodolphin Orcs slaughtered all of the Nymphs except Jaedda. By forming a massive grudge against these creatures, she became an excellent warrior. But during the battle of Moria she fought in, Azog almost killed her. Almost. Thorin Oakenshield saved her, but she never got a chance to thank him. When Gandalf meets with him in Bree, Jaedda pledges her services to Thorin as thanks for saving her, thus making her part of the company to reclaim Erebor. But to her dismay, she later discovers that Thorin isn't fond of females. But soon, he grows an attachment to this brave little warrior. However, does she grow accustomed to him after how he's treated her? *I DO NOT OWN HOBBIT. ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO TOLKIEN AND THOSE WHO MADE THE MOVIES*

WATTYS SHORTLIST 2018 The heart desires the unreachable. A rare creature born of Middle Earth must undo the damage of her predecessor, who helped forge the Dark Lord's Ring of Power. Amidst her mental and physical weaknesses, she is challenged to become a warrior. If not, endless lives will be corrupted and extinguished. What is the key to defeating the shadows that threaten Middle Earth as well as the darkness that intends to smother her soul? Mirkwood is no exception to the kingdoms that are threatened by the Shadow. Instead of sailing to the undying lands, King Thranduil remains, creating a rift between him and Legolas, who stands against his father's pride and what appears to be insensibility. As he journeys with the Fellowship to destroy the Ring of Power, he begins to peel the layers of the mystery surrounding Mirkwood and himself - a mystery that draws him closer to the maiden that travels with them. The earthborn must sacrifice all to fulfill her destiny - desires for a peaceful life, family, fellowship, and love. Will those she journeys with encourage her selfless intentions, or will they challenge her being and all that she desires? Uncover the secrets of Mirkwood, witness the earthborn's battle, and discover the element of the heart. ***I do not own or have any affiliation with J.R.R. ~ COMPLETE AND NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON ~ In the Five Kingdoms of Saol Eile, magic is the only currency and those who have the most cast long shadows across the land. Amidst lavish parties, sumptuous banquets, and sprawling castles, despicable tyrants have risen, calling themselves kings by right; emperors, by the laws of old magic, and monarchs, by the wealth they've procured. When it's rumored that an army of flesh-eating monsters has risen from the shadows, tyrant-kings are forced to submit to a far more dangerous power - the sorcerer standing at the head of it all: The Cursed One. Orphaned and penniless, eighteen-year-old Cecily Trask's magic has always been reluctant to emerge. But with the kingdoms at the brink of war, she vows to do whatever it takes to keep her people safe-even if it means breaking all the rules, reaching into the depths of her soul to unravel the bindings around her true power, and allying with the potentially dangerous prince, Daire Niadh, to do it. In a landscape thick with mistrust, desire, and incipient hope, Cecily and Daire cross paths in an unfamiliar world forever changed by violent forces neither of them understand. They should hate each other. They should want each other dead. But their grief both draws them together and breaks them down, until all they have left is their shared goal - to defeat The Cursed One, even though for Cecily, the journey means almost certain death. ❧ Copyright © Marcella Colavecchio, 2014 - 2020.
