Niall hates his neighbor, Zayn Malik. He's covered in tattoos, smokes more than anyone Niall knows, and spends all of his time at the local tattoo parlor called Urban Ink. They spend most of their time yelling at each other, until Niall gets dragged into Urban Ink through an unfortunate series of events that may change Niall's heart forever. Or, the one where Niall slowly falls for Zayn and Zayn has secretly loved Niall since the beginning, but it's not easy or smooth sailing at all.

Liam is an 17 year old boy who lives in Wolverhampton. His life is complete hell. Everyday he comes home he has a new bruise somewhere on his body. Its gotten to the point his mom had pressed charges and had an order of protection against his attackers. His only friend in Zayn. Zayn lives with Liam due to family issues. Ever since that fatal day in Zayn's past, he will never think the same. Since he hangs with Liam, he was also a victim of abuse, but Zayn was used to it. Having the order of protection in place gives Liam and Zayn a new chance at a new life in London where they meet Niall, Harry and Louis who teach them that everyone can get a second chance at life and at love.

Jude's life goal was to make people happy. People...or a person. Anyone really. He valued happiness more than anything and wanted to be able to share that if it meant possibly making someone else happy. He finally got his chance, but with Aster, the unsocial 17 year old that everyone else thought wasn't worth their time, or time in general.
