Isang araw nagsama lahat ang section ng 3rd year students sa Siena University, nagkakilala sila dito isang araw dumating ang ex ni Michael at nakikipagbalikan pero gumawa siya ng paraan para lubayan na siya nito at ito ay gawing fake girlfriend si kathrine at dumating ang panahon na nagkadevelopan sila at naging sila pero may hindi inaasang pangyayari at bigla nalang nawala sa landas si kathrine magkita pa kaya ang dalawa? paano kung magkita sila? malaman naba kaya ni Michael ang dahilan kung bakit bigla nalang itong nawala? o sadyang madamot lang talaga ang tadhana?
