Life has always been hard for Hailey Edwards. Spontaneous moving. A sibling being lost to death. The break up of her parents. After Living with her mom in Livingston for 8 years; she finally got the guts to go live with her father in Seattle. After living in a busy, crazy city with her mom she wasn't used to living in such a small run down part of town. It was almost two miles in each direction to see one house. The school, was not only small, but cluttered. Everything got around. If one girl were to get pregnant, everyone else would know before the father did. News traveled fast. When a mysterious black haired guy showed up on her doorstep; going by the nickname of road kill, she became curious. She found out he went to her school... And was in her grade. He even rid her bus. They became great friends. He started teaching her about following her dreams and even life...but then one day he vanished. Supposedly going to follow his dreams... And she didn't even know his name. Now; its 8 years since it happened... And she's still wondering where and how "road kill" is doing. What will happen?
