A lot has happened to Lizzie Collins in the last few months, some of them good and some of them bad. She's been through a lot over the course of her last two relationships but both times she has come out stronger and now has her the support of her friends to help her through. But now she must deal with feelings for three different guys: Adrian Kingsley, the strawberry-blonde haired best friend. Oli Sykes, the brown haired blue eyed singer of hardcore band Bring Me The Horizon, or Josh Franceschi, the lead singer of her favourite rock band You Me At Six and also the first guy she let her walls down for and who broke her heart. As she struggles with these decisions she also has to deal with reliving moments that she would rather forget. But will things turn out okay in the end, or will there be one final bump that Lizzie may not be able to jump over? And if so, which guy will she decide has her heart? In the end Lizzie knows that no matter who she chooses, the people who won't leave her are her friends.

She gets rescued by a band and they take a liking to her, although Stella has some social and emotional issues, the members of the band have problems wanting to depart with her, and she finds herself in places she never would've thought herself would be in a million years.
