It was an evening in which one of my greatest fears was encountered--only to reveal my better self on the other side of humiliation. This humorous tale is definitely worth calling in sick for! TO CLARIFY: Despite the title, this is not a tale about a hot and sweaty romance. I mean--I wish it was since it's based on a true story. Unfortunately (depending on how you look at it), my life is a lot more on the belly laughing side of the spectrum than the steaming up mirrors side. Just saying.

He rejected me and I don't give a damn, life's a bitch that will slap you at any moment in time. "What can I do to get you back?" Aston asked, determination glinting in his eyes. I stood up straighter, shoulders back and my head held high. "Nothing" I stated "nothing at all." Aston took a step towards me, his minty scent invading my senses. Aston lifted his hand, gliding his pointer finger down my cheek and across my jaw. "I will have you" He whispered, "you will be mine." My dream like state was crushed and I finally got control of my senses. "Never" I snapped ripping his hand from my cheek "not even in your dreams pretty boy." "So you think i'm pretty?" Aston chuckled "Fuck you!" I spat I slapped Aston across the face. Turning on my heel, I walked away from the man that stole my heart, crushed it, than walked away all in one day.
