Delaney Escott lives in a world where popularity reigns supreme. If you want to be noticed, social status is everything. The government is run by the Superiors: a very exclusive group of individuals who are virtually flawless. They are smarter than us and stronger than us, and to join their ranks is the highest honor. The Superiors pay an annual visit to the top schools in the nation and evaluate the students, choosing one boy and one girl - the most Popular in the school - to go the Capitol and train for Superiority. Delaney thinks that she's the only one indifferent to (and perhaps even suspicious of) the Superiors, until Caleb Payne, the most popular boy in school, approaches her with a request. He has a task for her, one that he believes she is uniquely capable of completing. And as she helps him, Delaney discovers that the government is hiding many secrets - and that the truth of the Superiors is far from what people believe it to be. My name is Charlotte O'Dean, and I am a Faerie. I didn't always know I was a Fae. I once thought myself as a human girl, with human problems. That was all a lie. The reality is that I am the daughter of the Unseelie king. It is that king--my father--that holds my soul mate prisoner as lure for me…so that when he traps me, he can kill me. I am the one who will ultimately have to choose whether or not to break the veil between the human and the Faerie realms. Those are the kinds of realities, of choices that have taken my ordinary life, torn it apart and reorganized it, piecing it back together in a series of basics: go to Faerie and save the human world, or save Ivan and let the world perish. Kill or be killed. That is my nightmare. But at least I'm awake, and in so much gray, it's the little things that shine brightest. -COMPLETE-

Jesabel is a liar. When her only friend mysteriously disappears, she does what comes naturally. She keeps her truth from the world. Without warning, she is thrown into a web of lies far more dangerous and lethal than anything she could imagine. With an annoyingly charming boy by her side, can she unravel what she refuses to tell - the truth? WHITE LIES HAS BEEN REVISED, EDITED AND REWORKED! Happy late new year, friends! I'd like to take this opportunity to announce that White Lies, a story that has been up and running on Wattpad since 2011, has been re-written and revised for the coming decade. What does this mean? This entails the same characters you know and love, with better flow, better writing, more nuanced character development, more mature content, and entirely different plot lines. Jesabel's character has changed drastically since I last introduced her to the world (nearly NINE years ago! yikes!), and I wanted to make this story a more nuanced and modern take. When I had written White Lies, I had been just 14 years old. And I've done a ton of growing, learning, and unlearning over the years. This means that my characters have grown and developed with me. If you are an old friend and re-reader - welcome, and please enjoy the same old story you love with a brand new take! If you have started along this White Lies journey beginning in December and all throughout January, you might have read a half-edited and half-original version of the story. So please feel free to re-read at your leisure! I won't bite, I promise.

Beautiful cover made by the very awesome ssaayyjj "At first glance, I really did wonder why the old lady had seemed so adamantly opposed to this town because it didn't look scary at all. Maybe she was balls-out against capitalism and nice houses-her smell could have foreshadowed it-because the place looked nice. Very nice. The streets were almost uncannily clean, at least compared to the ones I was used to back in Detroit. The Victorian styled houses, more often white than anything, belonged in those decorating magazines, with the lawn perfectly cut and surrounded by white fenced with American flags on them. I could almost imagine the husband laying on the lawn, butt in the air, with scissors and a magnifying glass grooming the grass to make it look this perfect. They undoubtedly used fertilizer and other toxic things to make it so green." When Oksana arrives in Hebron, Connecticut, she is not there for the scenery; she is there on a mission, seeking answers from her biological parents to all the whys that have been pledging her mind for years. The last thing she had expected was to be caught in the middle of a century old curse... and to actually want to stay tuned for more.

Best Ranking: #9 in Mystery/Thriller Resa is doomed. The knowledge followed her in the whispers of the other children and the anxious glances from their parents. She knew from the solemn way her mother hung an amulet around her neck on her fifth birthday, not an amulet to ward off evil, but to keep it in. So when the cruel queen's right hand, the murderous Prince Cain, takes a peculiar interest in her, she attributes it to her curse. But Cain is cursed in his own way. The queen has kept him prisoner in his tower for seven years, and he's willing to break free any way possible. Soon, joined by a crazy inmate and an increasingly alluring soldier, Resa embarks on a journey where she just may be the hero she's always been told she could never be. But even if she broke Cain's curse, would she ever be able to save herself?

Book one. I'd spent my entire life without a mother. But, when professors come to my father's inn, a cloaked figure known only as Sleepwalker begins to torment me with thoughts of her. When these dreams become too malicious, my father sends me off to the capital city in order to answer the questions burning in my mind: Who is my mother? And what does she have to do with my nightmares? If only the journey had been so simple.
