Their scouting skills lead them to the sea near the settlement where the white spirits used to live. In the distance, she spots a Viking ship, and she feels urgently that she must follow it. Star of Daylight commences a journey across the great water, knowing that she must travel home in order to put the past behind her, rescue Night Moon and face Vander, once and for all.
