Kitten and Skai are two girls with horrible pasts. What with Kitten being a main guinea pig for her parents experiments, and Skai being an easy target for criminals in the never-safe Gotham City, both girls seem to live unhappy lives. But when a rescue brings the two girls together, they become the best of friends. However, with the insane amount of crime in Gotham, will Skai and Kitten be able to find help from a certain billionaire to help stop the Joker from tearing Gotham apart?

The sequal to Hush, this story starts out with the solution to the cliffhanger presented in "Hush", as The Joker fights to make things right once again in his complicated life. Blaise has a similar goal, as she now has to find her inner self once again after months of being secluded from reality.
