Minho and Key broke up because Minho wasn't sure if he was in love with Key, so Key gave Minho until the night of the concert to figure it all out, which is 5 days away. But Minho doesn't need 5 days, he just needs a breakthrough.
Minho gets a girlfriend, and leaves SHINee because she doesn't trust Key. Key gets devastated and wishes and prays that Minho will come back.
