After she had said goodbye, she felt a feeling of loss and as of she was wandering. She vowed to find out why she felt this way. As for Johnny, he actually was wandering. He tried to go home but then realized there was nothing left of it. The invasion destroyed everything. But what happens when they cross paths not long after they left the tournament and left behind everything that remained?

Earthrealm is reaching it's destruction. And Sub-Zero will be stuck in the middle of it. Unless, Scorpion can do something about it. But, has the hell spawn forgotten Sub-Zero's sensitivity to the heat? No, of course not. Why would he? Tundra meant a lot to him. But, Scorpion doesn't know how to explain those feelings to him. Or does he? The Elder gods won't know anything that's going on between them. Yet, they know one thing for sure. Those two are needed to save Earthrealm.
