The Angels of Heaven and the Demons of Hell are the recruiters of the game. But the start of the game is nearing as there are only five thousand worlds left to be decided. Earth is one of them. And since these worlds are the last to be claimed all of the resources of the higher beings are being put into them. Making the last worlds, war zones.
