The door seemed so far away and yet, it got closer and closer in an almost taunting way. Tears already stung the corners of his eyes because he was simply so tired of walking into the hellhole they called home. It was sorta funny. Bitterly funny. After the first try of his brother helping him, he had hoped that it would have been enough to keep Zane from trying again. Zane x Reader thing, Chloe3256 was writing an amazing story that i just fell in love with, she then ended it and my heart (and many others) fell on the ground and shattered. I managed to salvage the pieces of my heart, listen to Fight song for hours and gain the courage to continue her story.
