Scarlet Black is a seventeen year old girl, she has lived with her parents in Big Springs, Idaho. Scarlet is a werewolf, it is her 17th birthday today, but it all goes down hill. She finds out things about her family she has never even knew. What will Scarlet do? Will she run away and meet someone that will help her or will she find a way to change her life forever?

Our main character is Elena Andersen, she's a normal girl who often goes unnoticed. When her father decides to follow a different career Elena is forced to move to her father's hometown. In her new home she discovers multiple mysteries and even learns about her family's true past. Will she break away from her introverted self and make friends? What is her dad hiding and why did he suddenly change his opinion on his work?
