No one died in the killing game and everyone was able to escape after an all out war with Monokuma. The 16 students where successful in defeating the principle of the school. Kokichi Ouma suffered from major trauma from the war that happened between all of them. During a ptsd episode that he had in his sleep Kokichi accidentally killing half of the students majority being females. He was then later locked into a mental facility. After years of total solitude Kokichi slowly lost his mind. From there the people in charge of the place felt he needed a psychiatrist. Who knows if he will change for better or for worse.
