Therefore, he places Loki under Tony Stark's care at Stark Tower. The two seem like bitter enemies at first... but they have more in common than either originally believed.

Loki returns to Earth after staying in prison for so long under Thor's protection. However, they come back just as the Christmas season starts to kick into full swing and these two Asgardians, mainly Loki, are to be taught just how to celebrate the holiday and may discover a few... other things along with it.
