But he knows it's worth it. So is Cappi. A new found orphan, she's forced to move to New York City to work with her uncle Jacobi in his deli. The same one in which the Newsies of New York meet nearly every day. When Crutchie and Cap cross paths, they don't know the friendship they create is only going to get in the way of their work and cause trouble. How do Crutchie's friends react? What about Jacobi? And will the relationship between Cap and Crutchie grow to something more? Or will another news boy come into play?

After Crutchie manages to severly hurt his Crutching arm, he is restricted to a wheelchair. The Delancys see this and decide to take advantage of him. Will Crutchie survive?
