Her own wishes and desires are in second place, even if it means to say no to Liam Payne because that would break her sweet little sister’s heart. “I’ll never hurt you.” That promise never was so hard to keep since a pop sensation appeared in her life and made her start to think of herself for a change. Maybe she will put herself first this time, maybe she will let herself fall in love… Maybe.

The waiting area was filled to the brim. There were literally no seats left, and so I backed into a corner, leaned my back against the wall and slumped down to the ground. I didn't quite know what to do with myself so I began fidgeting and playing with my thumbs. When I looked back up, I noticed someone staring at me, or rather, at the bottom of my shoe. In any case, that's the way it's always been, just her and her old guitar. She found comfort in being by herself, and alone was her favorite thing to be. Little did she know, auditioning for Britain's top talent television show would mean that she would never be alone again, but maybe, just maybe, it wasn't such a bad thing after all. And when asked who she had to thank for her new life, she replied “her boots,” because they brought her to the audition, and most importantly, they brought her to Liam. Getting through didn't change her life. He did.
