But when scientists decided to genetically mutate humans- To make them FREAKS- And expect them to fight for the City, the Rebels were pushed out of the way for a while. But these freak weapons didn't like this. They started fighting against the City. Now, City Control Officers will kill any of these weapons they can get their hands on.
