Kiara is a functional drug addict who just got accepted into Harvard Medical School. Apart from being addicted to Vicodin, Kiara has always pleased her family in many ways unimaginable. Being valedictorian of her class at Stanford University, opening up her own clinic in Uganda, and receiving the Abraham Flexner Award for Distinguished Service for Medical Education, Kiara's family vicariously lived through her successes.
