Rumors have circled for years about the survival of Grand Duchess Anastasia, which inspired the hit musical. But what if it wasn't just Anastasia that survived? What if all four sisters lived through the tragic events? How would they meet again?

April of 1918 the Romanov family finds themselves difficult to adjust to their new isolating life in the small quiet village of Yekaterinburg. Tall wooden fences surround the their new prison, white washed windows so they cannot see the outside. The isolation feels unbearable especially to the young grand duchesses, fear surrounds the family everyday of what will become of their lives, worst of all the new guards are not as polite as they should be.
