That would mean the whole world is full of heroes, which is dangerous for a villain himself to stay in that world. Then he meets Tyler, who has the features of a villain but he's a hero. He is feared, bullied, and looked down by everyone to the point he almost lose his fate in humanity. But then, he met Salem.
