Julie Rivers knew all her life that she was average. That's why she can't wait to escape her high-pressure privileged life and have a fresh start when she moves to New York City for college. She expected a regular senior year until she surprisingly gets cast in a reality show, co-starring the school's it-boy, Finn Kings. Plans change, new relationships develop, and life takes a lot of unexpected turns for her.

I've recently started my senior year in high school. Before I continue, I probably know what you're thinking. Great, another story about an out of place girl who just wants to fit in. Well...you're partially right. But I'm not looking to fit in, especially in the social stratosphere of high school. I really just want to graduate, maybe go to prom and live a decent life. Too bad the latter won't be happening any time soon. You see, I have this secret. I've been doing a good job of keeping it under wraps but recently...it's been exposed. This is the story of how my life unraveled.

I was walking on a field with so many fresh and colorful flowers, big trees were surrounding the place, grassy soil with mossy rocks.. I didn't know where I was but, I definitely didn't want to leave this place. I suddenly looked up when I heard what sounded like a branch snapping. I saw a tall dark figure coming from the forest-like around this field, walking towards me. I can't see his face properly but, his beautiful golden hazel eyes. "Do you believe in fate?" "No. I mean, there's no such thing as that." He chuckled. "I'll prove you wr--" I've been having this same dream for a week now, and everytime he starts to introduce himself, my dream gets interrupted. A summer vacation with my best friend.
