Old powers fall but one crew remains untouched - the Falcons. As accusing eyes turn to the Phantom omega, questions arise. What exactly is Noctorious' goal? And what is Terrell's involvement? A new challenge is here, and Sahara finds the pillar she always looked up to is either under attack or not the person she thought. This time, it might be her turn to step in and help the Phantom.

Before the Falcons came to exist, the two liveliest members went through ups and downs of their own. With the same hair, same eyes, and same face, Arden and Reagan had to learn how to live with each other in times when it felt like the whole world was against them. Before they found their real family, they needed to discover what family meant to them first.

As Regona City slowly gets back on its feet, it seems to face peaceful days. For the crews, peace brings boredom, and thus the racing life resumes. Though almost all Omega positions are now more ones of honor rather than power, many still want to climb the ladder. And as the saying goes, the greatest conflict usually comes from within. When Sahara and Terrell return, crews grow restless and trouble brews, and behind it all lurks a new monster in the shadows.

Before Sahara there's another story to tell. It's the story of a city that was plummeted into chaos. The origin of the crews, of the creed, and most of all, the beginnings of the most powerful crew of all - the Phantoms and their Omega.

Given the chance to return to Regona, Sahara takes it. Times, however, have changed. Lithium City has stumbled across Regona and has taken it upon itself to restore the fallen to its former glory. The crews in Regona aren't quite on board. Mysterious disappearances are followed by a threat of a rebellion from the hoverboarders. The leader of the Falcons is willing to sit still...until it becomes personal. As Sahara and the Falcons race to save one of their own, they face a storm of unimaginable consequences.

A lawless city controlled by teenaged hoverboard crews, a bad boy addicted to strawberry milk and a group of misfits who band together to conquer an area formally known as unconquerable. These are just a few of the discombobulating situations Sahara faces when she's accidentally transported to a world not her own. While this shy teenager would rather curl up with a book, she finds herself with no choice but to lead a hoverboarding crew of her own and aim for the top. Failure is not an option. That is if she ever wants to find a way to return home.

Sahara finds herself with more than she bargained for when her crew's bluff calls on the unwanted attention of boarders throughout the city - inlcuding the Omegas. As secrets are revealed and new paths are discovered, Sahara can't help but remember Terrell's constant warning: Don't trust anyone. But does that include him?
