Frisk finds herself in the world of Soul Eater, where weapons and Meisters fight the evil Keishens that would plunge this world into insanity. But what does Frisk have to do with this? Creator of the cover is on Tumblr name I believe is Rainglazed. Apologies if I'm wrong, I don't Tumblr.

Today, we follow Frisk's life as she finds an odd gray rectangle, with some different buttons on it. She soon founds out that this odd invention has an amazing number of squares with pictures and words. When she presses one of the buttons, she suddenly finds herself being pulled to the screen in a flash of white... Chara is made by robod0rk, I can't find who made the Flowey. Also, the cover photo was found from a picture of an Undertale frisk skin for minecraft and it takes no genius to know its not his original work.
