This is basically my take of what Grey's Anatomy 11x21 should have been like. I'll update periodically. Thumbs up if it's better than Shonda's writing for the episode because same.

Not too long ago, we all witnessed Derek's horrific and tragic death on Grey's Anatomy. We were left wondering whether or not he'll come back as a hallucination of some sort in season 12. Though, what if the tables were turned and Meredith died instead of Derek?

Meredith Grey is a neurosurgery attending at Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital and when Dr Richard Webber retires he calls in Dr Derek Shepherd from New York and she realises she has a crush on her new chief of surgery and Derek realises he has a crush on one of his employees.
