Josey-also known as Josephine Prescott-is the fifteen-year-old sister of Jessie Prescott. When Josey decides to move to New York City to live with Jessie in the Ross family penthouse, she expects life with her sister to be just as she remembers it back in Texas. However, things quickly become more complicated when she meets the Ross children-Emma, Luke, Ravi, and Zuri-and begins adjusting to their chaotic and lively household. As Josey settles into her new life, she starts to notice that Jessie may have changed and is not quite the same sister she once knew. As tensions rise and feelings of jealousy begin to surface, Josey must figure out where she fits into Jessie's new life.
