Listen to a tale my children... A tale still heard, in the quieter places, far away from the frantic din of the city streets of our own world. An ancient and almost forgotten song, it sings from the lips of a very few. Some say, it is only wishful fantasy, for somewhere in the long misty corridors of time, its origins were lost to us. The story tells of a wondrous land. A place quite different from our own modern world, and yet, somehow, not so very far away. A land, where what was once lost to our ancestors, was never lost at all. It is said, noble glory yet remains there, inhabiting a mythic landscape of where gods still trod the earth, beautiful, crystal-spired cities rise from the depths, lost civilizations await to be found, and fantastic beasts of legend still roam the land. It is a place where the night air is filled with long told stories, handed down from generation to generation, of ancient evils stirring and seeking release, wondrous feats of wizardry, and the battles of the great heroes of ages past. The world has known many heroes and villains who have strode down history's hall and left an indelible mark that will be spoken of for eternity. The story, that is being weaved within the webs of fate, shares but a glimpse into the life and struggle that is undergone to reclaim a wayward soul. A soul that wouldn't be called hero, nor even villain in most instances, but the marks it has left across history are deep, yet invisible. The name flows across hushed lips as... The Assassin of Kings. When it came to killing, not many assassins could equal the cold-blooded efficiency of a member of the Order of the Silent Hand. Among the Silent Hand, only one stood paramount over the entire Order. His name is Thayne Trelesta. A dark and ancient evil is stirring in the bowels of Point Demons Guard. The strings of fate have been woven, and within its intricate and tangled web lays the simple answer Thayne has been looking for.

Mongrel, half-breed, dirty grub. Nyani's been called all these things, and she's about to earn a few more epithets. Banshee, spy, and liar, for a start. Her people stand on the brink of extinction. Her father and her lover are dead at the hands of her enemy - and her mother has lied to her all her life. If she wants her revenge, she will have to change the course of history. Ancient history. To do that, her only choice is to cross the mysterious Way Stones. Forced to unite with a self-exiled warchief in her quest against a mad druid and their common enemy, ties she has yet to discover bind the young widow to them both. As she is caught up in a web of secrets and betrayal, fueled by ambition and jealousy, she is torn between her desire for revenge and her need to belong somewhere - even this world. But Nyani's choices threaten to destroy the people she loves, including the one she comes to love most of all. For there are other forces to contend with. Forces that come from far beyond the Seventh Gate. And a mysterious foreign trader knows far more about those than he's telling. Then again, nobody is telling anyone the truth. *** Inspired by the great love stories and tragedies nestled in the pre-historic roots of Arthurian legend and Celtic mythology, the series follows a relationship across the course of a lifetime, set against a backdrop of worlds at war within themselves, and with each other.

I crafted The Hexer from Salem as a pulp-fiction series in the vein of H.P. Lovecraft. The story takes place primarily in nineteenth century London, following the chilling adventures of The Hexer, Robert Craven and, later on, his son as they encounter the Great Olds – godlike creatures hostile to humans – and their representatives on earth. This is the first time The Hexer has ever been translated into English from German, thanks to William Glucroft. Please vote for my book if you like it!

A thousand years before, lead by the Nines, the armies swept their shadows across the globe, decimating all in their paths right to the very foothills of mount Shagrii. A thousand years on, evil hides in the shadows as it prepares to returned to the lands once again, to bring forth its black, metal beasts of war and terror once more. Set in a fabulous world scarred by long forgotten battles, Armies of the Nines tells the tale of a boy who in losing his family, discover a world that he had never imagined. ''NjSternbergheyze's epic fantasy overturns the expectations of readers and then goes on to tell the story of both good and evil in a richly imagined ancient world.'' ''Fantasy literature has never shied away from grandeur, but the sheer mind-boggling scope of this epic will have you turning page after page.''

Sam is the most promising swordsman among this year’s crop of Paladin trainees...and knows it. Brash, cocky, and unbeatable with a sword (well, almost), Sam is the kingdom of Thule’s best hope against the violence wrought by demons. The only problem is that Sam is really Lady Samantha, daughter of the seventeenth Duke of Haywood, and if her father has his way, she’ll be marrying a Paladin, not becoming one. But Sam has never held much interest in playing damsel-in-distress, and so she rescues herself from a lifetime of boredom and matrimonial drudgery. Pity that Tristan Lyons, the Paladin assigned to train her, is none other than the hero of her childhood. He hasn’t recognized her as Lady Samantha--yet-- but if he does, he’ll take away her sword and send her packing. Sam is not the only trainee hiding secrets: Braeden is a half-demon with a dark past that might be unforgivable. Sam, Braeden and Tristan set out for the western coast, charged with rooting out an infestation of demons that has made the West unlivable. As they travel, they uncover a deep-seated corruption of power that threatens to derail everything they stand for. Rebellion stirs, led by a rival faction of warriors who tempt Sam to join them with an irresistible offer. A war between men is coming, and Sam must pick a side. Will saving the kingdom cost her life -- or just her heart? Reminiscent of Mulan, but with a medieval fantasy twist, Paladin is a tale of adventure, action, and romance.
