When a new job offer makes Nina Argent move to the small town of Beacon Hills, she soon realizes that the quaint place isn't at all what she thought it would be. Her cousin, Allison Argent, also moves in with her, in attempts to work in the family business and ease the changes she will have to make in order to fit in the small town. Yet, as soon as Nina steps foot into Beacon Hills High School, she realizes that the town of Beacon Hills isn't like any other town.

But she once finds a boy named Luca, Luca with bright blue eyes and bleach blonde hair in a quiff guided her. Things get weird. They meet a group of bikers and surfers. Luca was a biker and she was a surfer. They were both rivals but these two weren't. They'd fallen for each other.
