"The belief in a supernatural source of evil is not necessary; men alone are quite capable of every wickedness." Joseph Conrad
.....
Eleanor had spent her whole life with her happy-go-lucky family, at least, until a dark June night. The last day of school. She was just two years of age, her dad had taken her and her brother Ubel to their favorite fast food restaurant. Yet when they were at the parking lot, it had gotten rather late. Her dad was beaten. Any expensive items he had at the moment were stolen.
Eleanor was too young, and while Dad was beaten and nearly killed, Eleanor was inside the truck safely in her baby seat, singing along to jolly toddler tunes. Yet Ubel was older, and he was outside with his dad, watching, learning, gaining hatred.
Never again was everything happiness for Ubel. That ignited something that Ubel never thought he had before.
Revenge.
Now everyone wants to harm Eleanor. And it is Ubel's job to take care of Eleanor.
