In the Muggle world, she was an orphan living in an orphanage as her family all died in a terrorist attack when she was a 2 year old. This is a book about when she went onto the Hogwarts Express, her 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year. At the orphanage, she was often bullied. It came as a shock to her and the orphanage lady, Mrs FilL. The other orphans bullied her even more, saying she would be too dumb to go and saying that she would be a magical freak. The little orphans didn't bully her, they ignored her, but all the orphans over the age of 7 bullied her, even the ones younger than her. When she arrived on the Hogwarts Express, she had no idea that Harry Potter was famous, and she ended up on a compartment with him. Throughout Hogwarts, bullying was even worse. Draco Malfoy was extremely cruel to her. So were lots of other Slytherins aswell. She was sorted into Ravenclaw, and made the Seeker position in the Quidditch Team in her 2nd year aswell, as she was extremely light and fast. Skinny, too. Emily had pale skin with long, wavy, ginger hair just below her waist. She was skinny, as mentioned, and was very small in height for her age. She had freckles all over her face and constant, rosy cheeks.
