What could be better than to have your name recognized everywhere throughout the high seas? Nothing. At least until your life is troubled by a stowaway squirming his way onto your ship. They were never actually even suppose to meet... she was just suppose to be a hylian princess, and he, was suppose to be a forest boy. But somehow they did, almost as if they were meant to be together, as if... the goddesses themselves wanted them to. How could they meet and why did they decide to meet? Why did Zelda trust the boy who snuck into the castle courdyard! Why did they even become best friends? Why did it end?! It's been four years since the boy had left when they where children, that boy- Link, now suddenly comes back into her life, but is she really ready to see him again after how it ended? It doesn't seem like there's a choice, when he's assigned as your knight. However, the more time that he's there, the more realizes- there's something bigger at play. Though before Zelda knows it, she's thrust into his world and she's a bigger part of it then she would have ever thought. ▲•▲•▲• AU of child timeline| When Link went back in time they didn't have enough evidence to execute Ganon, but he ended up fleeing back to the gerudo desert. Navi told him what happened to her when they went back in time (It's the Navi dies theory) so Link didn't go looking for her. Instead, he stayed in Hyrule, ending up becoming best friends with Zelda.

Ganondorf has a new plan, one that has been decades in the making. If he were to kidnap the Hero of Courage while young, can the hero be used to capture the Princess of Wisdom and complete the Triforce? When he kidnaps the baby, something is wrong. Now looking for art! This is based on the general LoZ plot but doesn't follow any particular game. While I use concepts, bosses, and other elements from the games, what I write will be "non-canon." As for geography, the map in my head is roughly based off of the one found in Twilight Princess. I see this as one of the games, with clean CGI scenes. I strive to describe every detail necessary, but sometimes my descriptions are lacking, or I don't know what to say when. If you ever feel that you are taken out of the story, for poor descriptions or not, please let me know. Based on Nintendo's fantastic game, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, two young teenagers are tasked with saving the entire world. The challenge is that one of them doesn't know who she is. Link plucks Zelda from her world in normal, modern day Boston and brings her back home to the troubled, medieval Hyrule to take back her throne and stop evil.

Demise has been defeated. Peace has returned to Skyloft. Zelda, and Link, the now-first Hero of Legend, have returned, and the town of Skyloft has begun a celebration. Now, Zelda faces the ultimate battle ... dealing with normal life. No matter where she goes, all she gets is praise and questions, and she knows that Link must be going through all the same. All she wants to do is spend a little time with him. She has witnessed him go through dungeon after dungeon, face demon after demon, monster after monster, and defeated the worlds greatest evil, all with the intent of saving Skyloft ... and rescuing her. Each moment that she's with him now, she feels ... safe. This, is how she wants to feel. Forever.

A young man who has been known as The Wanderer, travels through the lands and comes to the little land of Hyrule. When he bumps into a simple looking blonde girl who ends up being the depressed Princess of Hyrule, The Wanderer promises to take her away and bring her along in his travels. What the young travelers didn't know what that trouble followed the two and now they are involved in their own affairs that don't look too well. This is The Legend of Zelda: The Wanderer. A Legend of Zelda kind of modern AU - I do not own any of the characters of the Legend of Zelda or any of the games.
